Introduction

Super Bundles (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides an app for Shopify merchants to create bundle offers, track performance, and calculate profits. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

Merchant (store) information

When you install our app, we receive from Shopify and store: your shop domain, store ID, currency, country, and other store metadata necessary for the app to function.

Usage and analytics

We collect anonymized and aggregated usage data about how offers are created and how they perform (conversion rate, adoption, revenue from offers). This helps us improve the product.

Customer / order data (processed on behalf of merchants)

When customers interact with bundle offers on your storefront we may process product selections, cart items and order-level information so the app can create offers and calculate prices. We do not retain personally-identifying customer data (customer names, emails or addresses) unless explicitly required and authorized by a merchant for a specific feature.

2. How we use the information

  • To provide and operate the app (create offers, show live previews, apply discounts).
  • To analyze and improve product functionality and performance reporting.
  • For billing and subscription management (via Shopify billing APIs).
  • To communicate important updates, security notices, and support responses.

3. Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share data when:

  • Required by Shopify to run the app and billing.
  • We use trusted third-party service providers (hosting, analytics). They are contractually bound to use data only as necessary and to keep it secure.
  • We are legally compelled to disclose information (court order, law enforcement).

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain merchant data for as long as the merchant’s account is active. When you uninstall the app, we will delete most store-specific data within 30 days unless otherwise required to preserve for legal or accounting reasons. If you want immediate deletion, contact us (details below).

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (HTTPS/TLS, access controls, encrypted storage where appropriate). While we work hard to protect your data, no system is 100% secure — we will promptly notify you of any confirmed data breach affecting your data.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your merchant data. For merchants in the EU or customers under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights — contact us to exercise those rights.

7. International transfers

Our services may transfer and store data in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards and contractual terms to protect data when transferred internationally.

8. Third-party services

We integrate with third-party providers for hosting, analytics, error tracking, and email. These providers have their own privacy practices — we recommend reviewing their policies. We only share data that is necessary for them to provide the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes we will notify merchants via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new policy.
